Terms of Service

We sell new and remanufactured automotive engines and transmissions. Descriptions, specifications, horsepower figures, and fitment notes are provided in good faith from OEM data and our bench testing; minor visual differences between photos and delivered units (covers, brackets, sensors) may exist because photography shows representative units. Compatibility information must be confirmed by you or your installer against your VIN before purchase.

Placing an order through our checkout creates an order reservation: you provide contact, shipping, and billing details, and our team confirms availability and freight timing within 24 hours. No payment is collected online. Pricing is in US dollars and may change without notice; the price confirmed in writing at order confirmation is the binding price. Sales tax is estimated at checkout and finalized on your invoice based on your delivery address.

Inventory is live but can change while an order is being confirmed. If a reserved unit sells out, we will offer a comparable unit or a full cancellation at no charge.

Engines carry a 5-year / 100,000-mile limited warranty; gearboxes carry a 4-year / 80,000-mile limited warranty; selected performance applications carry a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty. Warranties cover defects in our remanufacturing and materials. They require installation per the supplied guide, documented oil/fluid service, and OEM-recommended operating conditions. Warranties do not cover misuse, racing beyond rated capacity, overheating from external causes, improper installation, or unauthorized modification. Full written warranty terms accompany every crate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product or these terms is limited to the purchase price of the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost income, towing, vehicle rental, or downtime) except where prohibited by law.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping of pricing at scale, no interference with site operation, no impersonation, and no use of the site for unlawful resale of our content or branding.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your state provides otherwise.
