745I 645I V8 (A) (Unit EGD-0336)

Tovesageneral Motors lists this 745I 645I V8 (A) as a used, inspected automatic transmission. It comes out of a working vehicle rather than a parts-bin unknown: we drain and check the fluid, inspect the case and gear train for visible wear, and test shift engagement where the unit's condition allows before it ever reaches the shelf.

Key Specifications: Housing material and internal gear ratios follow the original factory specification for this application, not an aftermarket reproduction. Transmission type: Automatic (torque converter). Because the 745I 645I V8 (A) was fitted across multiple trims, the precise gear count can differ; our team can verify it against your VIN ahead of shipping if you are unsure. Compatible engine(s): 745I engine variants. Drive configuration (front-, rear-, or four-wheel drive) depends on which 745I 645I V8 (A) variant you are running, so please confirm your chassis's drivetrain before ordering.

Performance Characteristics: Automatics lean on fluid condition for two jobs at once, smooth shifting and internal cooling, so double-check the correct fluid type and fill level against your owner's manual once the unit is installed rather than guessing.

Common Applications: Fitment centers on BMW models built with the 745I driveline referenced above. Since this casting can carry more than one control or spline revision across a production run, the safest path is to confirm against your existing unit or send your VIN so we can verify compatibility before the order ships.
